FRANCIS RODRIGUEZ

STYLIST + BARBER

Francis moved to NYC in 2007 to work for The Fader Magazine. His love of music is a huge influence on his personal aesthetic and his style behind the chair.

After graduating from The Aveda Institute in 2010,  Francis quickly found his way to Persons of Interest Barbershop in Brooklyn where he has mastered the art of barbering and cutting. His ability to add personality to even simple styles as well as guide his clients toward new trends has built him a loyal following of both men and women.

Don't be fooled by his barber persona though, Francis also counts fashion and editorial styling as personal passions. He has participated in numerous seasons of New York Fashion Week with Kerastase and has done shows for Luis Vuitton, Calvin Klein, Marchesa, Thakoon, Jason Wu, Theory, Malan Bratan and Ramona Kaveza to name a few. He has styled hair for blogs such as The Glamourai and editorial shoots for emerging designers.

Art + Autonomy is proud that Francis has chosen to continue his career and education with us. We look forward to his debut as a full time stylist and colorist on the A + A team!
