SALON POLICIES + OTHER THINGS TO KNOW

CANCELLATION + LATENESS POLICY

We understand that life can sometimes get in the way of great hair. However, in order to provide you with the best service, we require a credit card to hold all appointments and 24 hours notice when canceling an appointment. Missed appointments or failure to notify us within the 24 hour window will be charged the full service amount.

Lateness will also be charged the full amount of the service as it will negatively impact our next guest. There will not be enough time to perform your service at the highest levels without running late for our next guest and so the late appointment will be charged. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

If there are extenuating circumstances, we will apply the charged amount to your re-booked service if it is within the same week.

REFUND POLICY 

If you are unsatisfied with your hair product purchase, we are happy to exchange it for a better fit within 7 days of the original purchase. Please note that the item must be in its original packaging and less than 10% used. All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. There are no cash refunds.

RE-WORK POLICY

We stand by our work! If you are unhappy with your hair service, we are more than happy to make all reasonable adjustments. Please be aware that you must re-book with your original stylist and you have 7 days from the original appointment date to notify us. If you would like additional services outside of your original consultation, we are happy to accommodate and will notify you of the additional charges.

SOCIAL MEDIA PICTURES

Please be aware that pictures may be taken in salon for our social media. These include pictures of the salon, our team at work and you, our valued guests. If you do not wish to participate or do not want to have your face shown, please let the front desk know. We will not capture and/or use your image.

CHANGES TO SALON SERVICES DUE TO COVID-19

  • Express, complimentary post color blow dries are no longer being offered by the salon to help offset the effects that the pandemic has had on the salon. However, you may choose one of the following three choices for post color finishing. (If you are getting a haircut after your color, you will automatically be given a complimentary express blow dry.)

    • “Skip” the Blow Dry - You may choose to completely skip the blow dry altogether and leave with towel dried hair. If your stylist braids hair, you may also choose to have a simple wet braid. The colorist may choose to blow dry a small section in the front to check your color.

    • "Quick Dry" - This is an express dry just to get the moisture out of the hair with minimal styling.

    • "Full Finish Dry" - This is a fully finished blow dry styling at your stylist's regular blow dry price point.

You must book a blow dry service if you do not want to leave the salon towel dried. If you do not, we will assume you are opting to “Skip” the blow dry.

  • If a colorist needs to use extra color (more color than the average amount used for that particular technique) you will be charged for that cost. Please be assured that we are not profiteering from this. We simply cannot absorb the additional costs as the cost of goods has risen dramatically. We thank you for your understanding in advance.
