Growing up in Texas, Ali discovered a deep sense of freedom through expressing herself with her hair and personal style. What began as experimenting on herself soon turned into styling friends and family. After years of pursuing an art education, she made the life-changing decision in 2002 to follow her dream of moving to New York City and becoming a hairdresser.

While the creativity of the craft initially drew her to the industry, it’s the meaningful relationships with her clients and colleagues that truly inspire her every day. Ali finds the greatest fulfillment in helping her clients discover the perfect cut and color to reflect their personality and lifestyle. Whether she’s creating soft, effortless beauty or bold, edgy looks, she believes hair is a powerful personal statement.

Ali has refined her skills through advanced education with L'Oréal, Redken, Aveda, and Toni & Guy, as well as through her work on editorial photo shoots. She continually seeks opportunities to grow and elevate her craft, staying inspired and informed within the ever-evolving beauty industry.

Ali is also deeply passionate about giving back through education—developing curriculum for emerging stylists, mentoring their growth, and fostering strong, collaborative teams that empower the next generation of artists.
