CANCELLATION + LATENESS POLICY

We understand that life happens — and sometimes it can get in the way of great hair. To ensure we can provide every guest with exceptional service and respect everyone’s time, we require a credit card to reserve all appointments and a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cards are not charged until after the service.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

Lateness Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late impacts not only your service, but also the experience of our next guest. If you arrive late, we may not have sufficient time to complete your service to our highest standards. In these cases, the full service amount will still be charged.

Extenuating Circumstances

We understand that emergencies can arise. In certain situations, we may apply the charged amount toward a rebooked appointment scheduled within the same week.

RE-WORK POLICY

We truly stand by our work and want you to love your hair! If you are unhappy with your hair service, we are happy to make any reasonable adjustments.

Please note, you must notify us within 7 days of your original appointment date and adjustments must be scheduled with your original stylist so we can maintain consistency and achieve the best result.

If you would like additional services beyond what was discussed in your original consultation, we are happy to accommodate your request. Any additional services will be quoted accordingly and charged at the time of your appointment.

SOCIAL MEDIA PICTURES

Photos and videos may occasionally be taken in the salon for social media and marketing purposes, including images of our space, team, and guests.

If you prefer not to be photographed or have your face shown, please let our front desk know. We’re happy to respect your privacy and will not capture or share your image.

BLOW DRY OPTIONS WITH COLOR SERVICES

  • Blow dries are not included with color services. You may choose one of the following post-color finishing options:

    • Skip the Blow Dry – Leave the salon with towel-dried hair. Your colorist may blow dry a small section in the front to check your color.

    • Quick Dry – An express blow dry to remove moisture with light smoothing and styling.

    • Full Finish Blow Dry – A complete, fully styled blow dry at your stylist’s standard timing and price.

    If you prefer a blow dry, please book it as a separate service. If no blow dry is booked, we will assume you are opting to skip.

  • Additional Color: If extra color is needed beyond the typical amount for your service, additional charges will apply.

PRODUCT REFUND POLICY 

If you are unsatisfied with your hair product purchase, we are happy to exchange it for a better fit within 7 days of the original purchase. Please note that the item must be in its original packaging and less than 10% used. All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Cash refunds are not offered.
