Noelle is a co-founder of Art + Autonomy Salon. With over 20 years of experience as a stylist and colorist—and more than half of that time dedicated to education—she believes true mastery comes from remaining a perpetually curious student. While she enjoys working within the fashion and editorial world, it’s the lasting relationships she builds with her clients that she finds most rewarding. Noelle blends a strong foundation in classic techniques with an ongoing commitment to today’s looks and innovations, bringing both artistry and intention to every guest in her chair.

Beyond the salon, Noelle has served as a Senior Artist for Kérastase Paris and has worked backstage at New York Fashion Week for over 10 seasons with designers including Marchesa, Zac Posen, Rodarte, SUNO, Rachel Zoe, Monique Lhuillier, Creatures of the Wind, Theory, and The Row. Her work has also been featured in publications such as Elle.com, Refinery29, Glamour, and Birchbox.
