Ocean is our freshest stylist behind the chair.

After graduating the Aveda Institute in Seattle, Ocean packed up and moved to New York to pursue a career in the hair world. Knowing that education is a continuing and integral part of being an exceptional stylist, Ocean sought to complete one of the most demanding education programs in NYC at Art + Autonomy.

She believes that hair is a key element to embracing your personal style and expressing yourself in the best way possible. Ocean pulls her inspiration from the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s and loves taking the time to get to know her clients and tailor looks that fit their personal esthetic. She also has a passion and talent for teaching her clients how to recreate their style at home. Ocean loves accentuating natural movement in hair with her cuts and color. Because of this, she has built a following of curly clients who love the way she can emphasize their natural texture. Ocean’s color clients range from bright statement colors to natural dimension, with everything in between.
